Crafted from the finest cod caught between January and March, Viking Cod undergoes a meticulous transformation. Dried in the cold weather until May, it evolves into stockfish. Before shipping, this exceptional fish undergoes a unique process, including lye, contributing to its distinct texture.

 

Traditionally, Viking Cod is savored in harmony with beer and aquavit, creating a culinary experience that embraces tradition and craftsmanship.
