Viking Lamb, our distinctive brand, encapsulates the essence of a celebratory traditional lamb cut from Norway known as "Pinnekjøtt." Crafted from the ribs, salted, and dried, each piece is then soaked in water for 24-48 hours. The final touch involves steaming on top of pine tree branches for 3-4 hours. The result is succulent ribs with a flavor deemed worthy of the Norse Gods.
